Mit der Teilnahme an dem Gewinnspiel akzeptiert der Benutzer diese Teilnahmebedingungen.

Dieses Gewinnspiel wird veranstaltet von der Jungfrau Region Tourismus AG, Kammistrasse 13, CH-3800 Interlaken, Schweiz.

Das Gewinnspiel steht in keiner Verbindung zu Facebook, Instagram und anderen sozialen Netzwerken und wird weder durch sie gesponsert, unterstützt oder organisiert.

Zur Teilnahme berechtigt sind alle Personen mit Wohnsitz in der Schweiz, die das 18. Altersjahr vollendet haben. Davon ausgenommen sind Mitarbeitende der Jungfrau Region Tourismus AG und deren beauftragte Firmen.

Die Gewinner werden via Social Media benachrichtigt. Über den Wettbewerb wird keine Korrespondenz geführt. Eine Barauszahlung ist nicht möglich. Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen. Die Teilnahme an der Verlosung erfolgt unabhängig von einer Produktbestellung bzw. einem Kauf. Der Zeitraum für eine Wettbewerbsteilnahme wird im Zusammenhang mit dem jeweiligen Wettbewerb bekanntgegeben.

Gewinne gelten auf den Namen der teilnehmenden Person und sind nicht auf Drittpersonen übertragbar.

This contest is organized by Jungfrau Region Tourimus AG, Kammistrasse 13, CH-3800 Interlaken, Switzerland.

The contest is not related in any way to Facebook, Instagram or other Social Networks and is not sponsored, supported or organised by Facebook in any way.

All natural persons with permanent residence in Switzerland are eligible to participate, provided that they are at least 18 years old. Employees of the Jungfrau Region Tourismus AG and their contracted companies are not allowed to enter the contest.

The winners will be contacted via Social Media. No correspondence will be entered into with regard to the contest. All decisions are final. No cash equivalents will be paid in substitution of the prizes. Participation is at no cost and without any obligation to purchase. The time frame for the participation in a contest  will be announced in connection with each contest.

The  prizes are in the name of the winner and non-transferable.

Les personnes autorisées à participer doivent être domiciliées en Suisse et avoir 18 ans révolus. Les collaborateurs de la Jungfrau Region Tourismus AG et des entreprises partenaires ne sont pas admis à la participation.

Les gagnants seront informés par Social Media. Aucune correspondance ne sera échangée au sujet du Voting. Tout paiement en liquide ou recours en justice est exclu. La participation au concours est sans obligation d’achat ou de commande. La durée des concours est définie et communiqué en fonction de chaque concours.

Les gains liés à une participation à un événement sont émis au nom de la personne qui a participé au concours et ne sont pas transmissibles à tiers personnes.
