We're looking for a place to stay. What's available?

The webshop shows us the available accommodation in the Jungfrau Region. All we have to do is enter the dates and number of people and the search begins. We can narrow our search by entering additional criteria. We are then shown the hotels available for the target travel date.

How can we book an apartment or hotel?

It is easy to do in our webshop.
And the best part: We offer the Best Price Garantie. Unbelievable.

Do I have to register?
We can browse in the shop and compare hotels without registering. But as soon as we want to make a reservation, registration is necessary.
We also need a valid credit card for payment because it isn’t possible to reserve by invoice.

We use a secure connection for reservations:
Personal data and credit card details are encrypted.
Our server uses the online industry standard «Secure Socket Layer» (SSL).

We want to cancel our booking after all.

If we want to cancel or change (individual) services, we need to contact the Jungfrau Region help desk:

Cancellations or changes via the user account in the webshop are not possible.

Jungfraujoch-Top of Europe. How do we get there?

No. Definitely not. We're not going up there by car. It’s not even possible. But it's a great experience by train. We can also reserve our seats when buying train tickets (CHF 5 each way). Standing is a thing of the past.

When do the trains leave for the Jungfraujoch?

The first train leaves Interlaken Ost at 6.35 a.m. The trains then run every half hour (7.05, 7.35, 8.05 etc.).

From Interlaken Ost the train trip takes two hours each way. We should allow at least five to six hours for an enjoyable stay.

The Jungfrau Railway runs every day all year round.

For which services can we redeem the Jungfrau Region voucher?

We can only redeem the voucher directly with Jungfrau Region Tourismus AG for bookings of hotels and holiday apartments. It cannot be used to buy rail tickets and ski passes.
