We live "feinheimisch" because enjoyment is a matter of trust - for us, "feinheimisch" means promoting regional high-quality products from the Bernese Oberland and refining them for you in our restaurant. In order to guarantee maximum quality, we completely avoid glutamate and flavor enhancers. The origin of all raw materials is known to us.

The wines we present are imported exclusively from Piedmont, and are tasted directly at the respective winery.

Important for us are the people behind the wines. In the same way that the soil communicates itself to the plant, it expresses its own personality, its temperament, its work ethic. There are charismatic wines, just as there are charismatic people. We hope and are convinced that we have found some for you.
