Récital de piano Silvia Harnisch
Pianist Silvia Harnisch spans the baroque, classical and romantic periods.
The pianist Silvia Harnisch spans the baroque, classical and romantic periods. She begins her concert as always with compositions by J.S. Bach (among others "Siciliano" and "Jesus bleibet meine Freude"), which lead into a well-known gem by J.Ph. Rameau, the Gavotte variée in A minor: which, based on a basic melody, develops in various variations.
This is followed by a fantasy by Mozart and two fantasy pieces by Schumann: "Des Abends" and "Aufschwung", in which his love for Clara Wieck Schumann is expressed. In the last composition, the Prelude, Chorale and Fugue by César Franck, his whole life is reflected: César Franck as a deeply religious composer, whose questions and searches lead to an eternal security.
