Bouldering is the art of climbing at a safe height and without being secured. What started off as a means of training has developed into a discipline in its own right - today it has become a real trend sport.

On a surface area of 170 square metres, at a safe height, things can be practised that would be far too risky higher up. Tricky climbing manoeuvres can be practised, finger strength improved and coordination and body control can be trained with a lot of fun.
