Grindelwald, at the foot of the imposing Eiger North Face, is the ideal starting point for E-MTB tours. As different as Francine Jordi and René Wildhaber appear to be, the E-MTB destination Grindelwald is just as differentiated. The dense network of paths offers the whole spectrum of passable underground from car-free asphalt roads via unpaved alpine and forest roads to varied single trails.
Even if Francine leaves the show stage and looks for a nature experience to compensate, there are few points of contact: The freeride mountain bike pro René Wildhaber loves the technical challenges on the trails, the pop singer Francine Jordi enjoys the unique mountain and glacier panorama in Grindelwald on her leisurely bike tour. But the great thing about it is that their paths cross again and again. The region simply has something for everyone.
Since day trips usually mean more than 1000 metres of altitude difference, the region is predestined to be discovered with the E-MTB. In addition to collecting kilos and metres in altitude and driving fun, the panoramic enjoyment is what counts here! The unique views of the world-famous Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau triumvirate are breathtaking. This impressive backdrop of rocks, snow and ice makes every bike tour a special experience.

To make the E-MTB tour a carefree pleasure, 15 BOSCH EBIKE charging stations are available for free use throughout the Jungfrau Region. At many stations, the body's own memory can also be charged with culinary delicacies during the charging process.
Bikeshops for connoisseurs and professionals
Of course there is also the possibility to rent an E-MTB directly on site, the bike shops Backdoor and Intersport Rent-Network offer a wide range of rental bikes. Spare parts for your own bike and a repair shop can also be found here.

Growing up in a family of mountain farmers in Switzerland on the Flumserberg, the bike enabled him to discover the world. In over 20 years as an active mountain bike racer, he has competed in almost all disciplines of mountain biking. He celebrated his greatest successes in long-distance downhill races, which he dominated for several years.
In addition to his worldwide mountain bike adventures, he runs the BikerSchool in the Flumserbergen. In this way he can pass on his many years of experience. He is also an E-MTB ambassador.

Francine Jordi can also look back on a remarkable career: In 1998 she won the Grand Prix of Folk Music at the age of 21 and took part in the Eurovision Song Contest for Switzerland in 2002. She was awarded several gold and platinum prizes for her albums and won the Prix Walo six times between 1998 and 2006. At the end of the year - it is almost a tradition - Francine Jordi will present the Eurovision show "Silvestershow" with Jörg Pilawa for the fourth time.
After the survived breast cancer last year, Francine is back on stage with a lot of strength, courage, joy of life and a new album. The e-bike has proved to be an ideal piece of sports equipment for taking part in sports in good doses and enjoying nature.
