Starting point Engelhornhütte

The starting point for climbing in the Engelhörner is the Engelhornhütte in the Reichenbachtal, which can be reached from the Rosenlaui Glacier Gorge (ascent possible through the gorge). The Engelhörner are a mountain range about four kilometres long with numerous peaks (mostly limestone). The ascent and descent (several abseiling points) take place in sometimes difficult terrain.
