A visit to the Gental alpine cheese dairy and the Engstlenalp show dairy

Get to know one of the most modern alpine cheese dairies in the canton of Bern and experience cheese production up close. You can also sample whey and "Wiggefisch" (cheese grains) straight from the cheese dairy. Tasting of milk, Mutschli, alp cheese and Hobelkäse and guided tour of the alp farm.
