Playing tennis in Mürren

The Sportchalet Mürren offers 4 outdoor sand tennis courts with probably the most spectacular view of the Lauterbrunnen Valley. The courts can be hired individually. The nets are always taut in summer. The tennis courts are located at 1650 metres above sea level and are built at the very end of the mountain face on which Mürren is situated. They are part of the sports chalet, which - in addition to changing facilities - also offers guests toilets, showers and, as hosts, accommodation with meals. A tennis week with a professional tennis instructor is organised at the beginning of July. Guests can also book the courts individually. The necessary hire equipment, changing rooms and toilets are available on site.

The courts are open in summer from June to October.
During this time, the tennis court can be used daily from 8 a.m. until sunset.
