Rosenlauibiwak SAC

The rust-coloured metal bivouac serves ski tourers on their way to the Wetterhorn and Rosenhorn area (closed in summer). Simply furnished, it is the winter alternative to the summer hut on the Tossengrat. Like a pile dwelling on the mountain, the small shelter stands without light or heating on the edge of the scree slope, pressed against the rock on the summer ascent from Rosenlaui to the Dossenhütte.
