Slip into the role of a traditional Swiss flag-waver and experience Swiss customs at first hand.

Everyone can wave a flag, or how do you actually swing an "Oberländer Stich"?

In typical Swiss fashion, the traditional custom of flag-swinging is governed by a multitude of rules: from the size of the flag to the exact description of the 99 defined swings and the duration of the performance.

We don't take things quite so strictly at our flag-waving event. We will pick you up at the meeting point and accompany you to our flag-waving arena, where our professional flag-wavers from the Jungfrau Region will give an impressive demonstration of their skills.
You can then attend a beginners' flag-waving course, divided into groups. This course will prepare you for your own presentation. Equipped with Swiss flag-waving flags and additional smaller cantonal flags, each group prepares for its big performance in the flag-waving arena with its own choreography.
