Spend the night in the middle of the mountains

The Spielbodenalp guesthouse in the Mürren-Schilthorn region offers an experience close to nature.

There is no electricity in the simple accommodation. The rooms are lit by petrol lamps and candles. There is also no hot shower for guests, but there is fresh, cool mountain water. If you love the Alpine world, this is the right place for you.

The simply furnished accommodation has four double rooms, a multi-bed room (for 5 to 7 people) and a dormitory for up to 20 people. The toilet is located outside the house. Dinner and breakfast are served in the guest parlour.

The Spielbodenalp is located in the middle of the mountain world of Mürren and is only accessible to guests on foot. The hike from Mürren takes just under an hour.

The alp is the starting point for hikes to Bryndli, Sefinafurgga, Schilthorn, Allmendhubel, etc.
