This attractive mountain run starts at Lauterbrunnen railway station. From there, the ascent is fast and relatively steep. You run a total of 9 kilometres and cover 1,225 meters altitude difference before arriving at the finish on Kleine Scheidegg. The safety aspect is also taken into account: the route is wide, weatherproof and marked throughout with "Jungfrau-Marathon Supporter Run" signposts. You run, walk or hike the route at your own risk.
