Seating Options & Safety Concept 
Two approved seating arrangements are available for events. Seatings have to be arranged strictly in accordance with the plans. All escape routes, emergency exits, and safety clearances have to be kept clear at all times.

Banquet Seating (with tables)
Ideal for gala dinners, club events, or private celebrations:

• Maximum of 46 tables
• Maximum of 6 people per table, 276 chairs maximum
• Table size: 1.80 m × 0.80 m
• Designated aisles and emergency exits as shown on the floor plan

Conference Seating (Concert / Lecture)
Ideal for conferences, theater performances, lectures, or concerts:

• Maximum of 280 chairs
• Unobstructed sightlines to the stage
• Central and cross-aisle escape routes in accordance with safety regulations
• Bistro tables only in the designated area

Safety first!

• Evacuation routes and emergency exits have to be kept clear at all times
• The maximum number of people depends on the selected seating arrangement
• Alternations from the seating plans are not permitted for safety reasons
• The setups are carried out in consultation with the facility management
