From the Pfingstegg mountain station, follow the mountain hiking trail towards Bäregg for a short stretch. The fire pit is just a few meters from the mountain station.
A retractable awning provides shade from the midday sun. The absolute highlight of the fire pit is the uninterrupted view of Grindelwald, the Eiger North Face, and First.
