The fitness and weights room covers a total of 160m2 and offers visitors 12 modern weights stations, six endurance machines (ergometer, treadmill, rowing machine) and a spacious free weights area.

The fitness and weight room in the sports centre is open all year round and includes admission to the indoor pool during opening hours.
