To ensure maximum quality, we do not use glutamate or flavour enhancers at all. The origin of all raw materials is known.
The wines are imported from Piedmont and tasted personally at the respective winery, because the people behind a wine are also important. The personality, temperament and work ethic of a winegrower are reflected in the wine in the same way that the soil communicates itself to the vine.
