Püüre Laden

The Püüre Laden Gadmen offers a selection of authentic Swiss products, including Alpkäse, a cheese made exclusively on the alp during the summer months and flavoured with aromatic herbs. There is also a range of sausages such as Gadmerchnebel, Geisswurst, Schafwurst and Trockenfleisch, all of which come from animals reared on the alp and processed according to traditional recipes. Their specialities also include liqueurs, syrups, vinegars, jams, honey and Nideltäfeli, which you can buy online.
