Breakfast buffet on the Alpen tower
Exclusively regional or Swiss products are available daily from 9.30 a.m. in summer at the breakfast buffet in the panorama restaurant on the Alpen tower. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, ovo, orange and apple juice, croissants, braided butter, various wholemeal breads, jams, honey, Nutella, butter, muesli, yoghurt, fresh fruit, cheese, buttered rösti, scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, Alpine herb bacon, roast beef, roast meat, salami and home-made marinated salmon. Plus a glass of Prosecco and - not to be scoffed at - the view of 401 mountain peaks. And after the breakfast buffet is before the digestive walk. At the Alpen tower, you are in the middle of a hiking paradise.

Schilthorn Brunch
When the mountain world passes you by - the 360° restaurant Piz-Gloria at 2970 metres above sea level rotates on its own axis in 45 minutes. The aerial cableway journey alone is gigantic. The Schilthorn brunch is just as delicious with lots of regional products. Coffee, tea, milk, Caotina, Ovo, Prosecco, Rimuss, orange, multivitamin and apple juice. Yoghurt, Bircher muesli, fresh fruit salad, cereals, eggs, fried bacon, rösti, chipolata, white beans with tomato sauce, pancakes and waffles. Smoked salmon with horseradish sauce, salami, ham, Bündner-Coppa, sliced turkey breast, cold cuts, cheese, vegetable terrine, meat pâté, confectionery biscuits and fruit. Croissants, Weggli, toast, bread from the bakery, jams, honey, butter and Lätta. A soup buffet, roast meat, Älplermagronen with apple sauce, pasta with various sauces and a salad buffet await you from 11 am. The Schilthorn brunch is available daily until 2 pm à discrétion.

Mountain brunch on the Männlichen
To whet your appetite, take the aerial cableway from Wengen to the Männlichen mountain station. Alternatively, you can also reach it by gondola cableway from Grindelwald. Once at the top, at over 2300 metres above sea level, you can enjoy a delicious brunch à discrétion every Sunday from 9 to 11.30 a.m. in summer. In fine weather, you can enjoy it on the sun terrace, surrounded by the impressive mountain scenery. Start the day perfectly with various types of bread, plaited bread, rösti, bacon, scrambled eggs, muesli, fresh fruit, crêpes and many other selected regional products. After the mountain brunch, a short hike is the perfect way to digest. We recommend the Panorama and Romantic Trail. Or the Royal Walk to the summit of the Männlichen.

Sunday brunch at the Käserstatt mountain restaurant
A glass of Prosecco as an aperitif, various alpine and fresh cheeses from the Haslital, homemade jam, Hasli yoghurt and muesli, Sunday plaited bread, buttered rösti, fried bacon and egg, bacon and sausage, hot meat loaf and "Büürä-Hamme" with a side dish, coffee, tea, Ovaltine, milk and orange juice - the Sunday brunch at the Käserstatt mountain restaurant (from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in summer) is a real treat.
