Escape to the mountains – five unforgettable hut adventures await

A warm bowl of soup, a crackling sunset, and nothing but peaks and silence all around – hut hikes are one of the most magical ways to discover the Jungfrau Region. These five charming mountain lodges are reachable on foot and so cozy, you’ll want to stay the night – or maybe even longer.

Glecksteinhütte – ibex in sight

Steep but rewarding – the hike up to Glecksteinhütte is nothing short of spectacular. After just a few steps of elevation, the view opens up to the valley of Grindelwald below. With a bit of luck, you might spot wild ibex along the way – the area around the hut is known for these graceful alpine creatures. At the top, a cozy atmosphere, a cup of hot chocolate, and an unforgettable sunset are waiting for you.
